Privacy Policy

This website is operated by Komal Mehra, trading as SUNSHINE, The World of Tarot, a sole proprietorship based in India ("we", "us"). For any privacy question, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 77196 58092 or through the contact page.

When you book a session or send an enquiry, we collect:

• Your name, WhatsApp number and email address.
• Your date of birth, and optionally your time and place of birth, where the service requires it (astrology, numerology, some readings).
• The question or intention you choose to share with us.
• Your chosen session date and time, and your booking reference.
• Payment status and, once online payments are enabled, the transaction reference supplied by our payment gateway.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. We do not receive or store your full card, UPI or bank details — those are handled entirely by the payment gateway.

• To prepare and deliver the session you booked.
• To confirm your slot and contact you about your booking on WhatsApp or email.
• To process payment and issue a receipt.
• To keep records required for tax and accounting.
• To answer your enquiries and, where you ask, to follow up afterwards.

The question you share, the details of your session and anything discussed during it are confidential. Komal does not publish, share or use your reading as an example, and testimonials are only published with the client's explicit permission and with the level of anonymity they ask for.

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Our hosting and database provider, which stores booking records securely.
• Our payment gateway, when online payment is enabled, solely to process your transaction.
• WhatsApp and email providers, to the extent needed to send you messages you have asked for.
• A government authority or court, where we are legally required to do so.

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as required by Indian tax and accounting law, typically eight years. Free-text questions and intentions are kept only as long as needed to serve you and are deleted sooner on request, unless attached to a record we must retain.

Data is stored on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit, access controls and row-level security so that only authorised administrators can read booking records. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

You may ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
• Correct anything inaccurate.
• Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
• Stop contacting you, other than about a booking already made.

Write to us on WhatsApp or via the contact page and we will respond within 30 days.

This site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to keep it working, including keeping an administrator signed in. If analytics are added in future, this section will be updated before they go live.

We may update this policy as the business changes. The date at the top always shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
