Terms of Service

All services offered on this website — tarot readings, astrology, numerology, Vastu consultation, life coaching, candle healing, rituals and Reiki — are provided for guidance, self-reflection and entertainment purposes only.

They are not medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial or tax advice, and they are not a diagnosis or treatment of any condition. Nothing said in a session should be used in place of consulting a qualified doctor, mental-health professional, lawyer or financial adviser.

No specific outcome is promised or guaranteed. You remain fully responsible for every decision you take after a session.

If you are in crisis or at risk of harming yourself, please contact your local emergency services or the Tele-MANAS national mental health helpline on 14416 immediately. This service is not a crisis line.

You must be 18 years or older to book a session. Sessions concerning a minor may only be booked by that child's parent or legal guardian. We may decline any booking at our discretion.

A slot is reserved once you submit a booking, and confirmed once payment is received and Komal has confirmed the time with you on WhatsApp. All times shown are India Standard Time (IST).

Online payment is not yet enabled on this website. Until it is, your booking is saved with payment status "pending" and Komal will share payment details with you directly. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• You may reschedule once, free of charge, if you give at least 24 hours' notice.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
• If you do not attend and did not give notice, the session is treated as delivered and is not refundable.
• If Komal has to reschedule, you will be offered the next available slot or a full refund.

Cancellation and refund terms, including which services cannot be refunded, are set out in full in our refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

Komal will decline, and refund, any request that involves:

• Work intended to harm another person or override their free will.
• Reading a third party's private life without their involvement.
• Predicting death, terminal illness, pregnancy loss or a court verdict.
• Advising you to stop prescribed medical treatment.
• Guaranteeing a financial return, a legal outcome or a specific person's actions.

Sessions are a respectful, two-way conversation. Abusive, threatening or discriminatory behaviour will end the session immediately with no refund. Recording a session, in audio or video, requires Komal's prior written consent.

Your session and everything you share is confidential and handled as described in our privacy policy. We ask that you treat any material Komal prepares for you as for your personal use only.

All text, photographs, artwork and reading notes on this site belong to Komal Mehra. You may not reproduce, resell or republish them without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, arising from a decision you take following a session.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the place of business, which is TO BE CONFIRMED and will be stated here once finalised.
